In her Managing Director role at Proteus B2B, Heather is a key consultant working closely with clients to develop and facilitate strategic marketing plans. An experienced group leader and dynamic speaker, Heather also facilitates sales groups and meetings as well as marketing training and strategic planning initiatives for as few as three participants and as many as three hundred. She also regularly consults with clients on matters regarding corporate repositioning, reorganization, and crisis communications. Specializing in brand communications, Heather developed Proteus B2B's Comm Audit™, the proprietary research and analysis methodology designed to uncover barriers to successful positioning and communications, and to identify proper solutions throughout each client's operating universe. Heather also developed the firm's Perception Management™ services, an integrated, strategic approach to managing marketplace perceptions from the very depth to the surface of an organization. Prior to joining Proteus B2B, Heather served in Washington, D.C., and in Michigan, developing communications strategies in the political arena.
